Currently under construction is 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard (www.toweroaks.com), the 200,000 square foot, LEED Gold certified office building which has received extensive international media attention for incorporating principals of Vedic architecture into its design, harnessing the power of natural law to bring to its tenants good fortune, success and peace of mind.

Mr. Abramson pledges Tower will become carbon neutral by 2008 and accordingly is a member of EPA’s Climate Leaders and Energy Star programs. Through his leadership, The Tower Companies has become internationally-recognized as a top authority on Green Building Technology, consistently setting new standards for green development in business, residential, retail and mixed-use real estate environments.
By presenting the business case for green design and construction at national forums, Mr. Abramson continues to transform industry non-believers to environmental building advocates. Accordingly, Tower principals and company executives have invested tens of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours in educating the market about Green development utilizing their successful case studies as published by the Urban Land Institute, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy.
